I got tired of seeing good local businesses with sites that didn't match the work they do. So I stopped pitching and started building them first. If the site is good, it sells itself. If it isn't, that's on me and not you.

There isn't one. We take the risk because a finished site is a better sales pitch than anything we could say on the phone. Some people say no. That's the cost of doing it this way and we're fine with it.
Because we found your business, liked it, and thought the website was holding it back. The preview is private. Nobody can find it on Google and it comes down the moment you ask.
If you buy it outright, yes. All of it, the day you pay. On the monthly plan we host and maintain it for you, and you can buy it out at any point.
You keep your domain in your own name. We point it at the new site. Your email doesn't change and doesn't go down.
Yes. On the care plan or the monthly plan you text or email what you want changed and it gets done, usually within two business days.
